CHALET INFORMATION

A-Style – Sleeps four persons with own shower and toilet. 2Bedrooms (1x DBL Bed, 2x Single beds)
B-Style – Sleeps six persons, ablution facilities need to be utilised. 2 Bedrooms (1x DBL Bed, 2x DBL Bunks) Open plan Kitchen.
C-Style – Sleeps four persons, ablution facilities need to be utilised. (2DBL Bunks) Open plan room.
D-Style – Sleeps four persons, ablution facilities must be utilised and communal kitchen.
(2 DBL Bunks) Open plan room.
· Full bedding is supplied.
· Kitchens are fully equipped.
· Please bring own towels, dishcloths and braai-grids.
· Some have Mini Ovens or 2-plate stove.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
· Visitors agree to abide by the rules of the Resort and ensure that in no way the quiet or general comfort of other guests are disturbed.
· We have a NO MUSIC policy that must be adhered to at all times.
· We strictly only allow Proper Swimwear in our Pools at all times.
(Bathing costumes and Board shorts only)
· We do not accept Taxis or any Drop-offs at all times, your Private vehicle must remain on the property during your stay.
· To secure a booking, 50% of the total is payable by a specific date. Balance payable on arrival.
· No Refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
· Deposits are not refundable or transferable.
· An additional breakage and cleaning deposit of R 200.00 will be charged for chalets. The chalets will be checked after your departure and if everything is in order the deposit will be refunded (or EFT) to you if you leave before the chalet is checked.
· Day or overnight visitors to guests will only be permitted with permission of senior management and the right to limit admission is reserved. A charge per person and per vehicle will be levied.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Money will be forfeited as follows:
· More than 90 days before arrival 20% of the deposit paid.
· Between 90 and 60 days before arrival 30% of deposit paid.
· Between 60 and 30 days before arrival 50% of deposit paid.
· Less than 30 days before arrival 100% of deposit paid.

OCCUPATION TIME TABLE
Applicable for Chalets and Caravan/Tent stands
Please Note:
ARRIVAL: AFTER 2 pm – 7 pm DEPARTURE: 10 am in Season
12 pm on weekends out of season
Special arrangements for late arrivals must be made with the office staff.

CAMPING
Only 6 Persons allowed per stand. Only Aerated Ground Sheets allowed.

· Our Office Hours are from 8H00 to 19H00
· Christmas day the Resort is closed and the shop is open from 9H00 to11H00
· Normal Daily Shop Hours: 8H00 to 19H00 seven days a week.
· Our Shop is fully stocked with everyday needs and more.
· We do not allow any Pets

INDEMNITY
The Company and its management accepts no responsibility for any deaths, injury or illness sustained or suffered by any person, or theft or loss or damage to any property, occurring within or arising from a visit or visits to the resort howsoever caused and whether allegedly due to the negligence of the Company or any of its servants or agents, or arising from the use of any facility.
